Employee Standards

The Key Largo Anglers Club is a private club and we are committed to integrity and professional service to our membership.  We constantly strive to create unforgettable memories for both the employees and the members. Our goal is to employ only the best of the best.  You as an employee will be expected to give 100%, be punctual, and be respectful of others at all times.  Employees typically work 35-45 hours per week.  Actual weekly hours are determined by the needs and level of our business.  In accordance with the applicable laws you will be required to present documents that prove eligibility to work in the United States.
